COVID-19 – Safety Precautions
The team at Trilab wishes to assure you that we are doing everything within our power to safeguard the health and well-being of all our employees and clients during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Trilab has implemented rigorous changes to our standard operating procedures and wish to keep you informed as to how this will affect you and the services we provide. We are dedicated to safeguarding our employees, our business future and of course, the needs of our clients.
The following measures have been implemented:
· We have a no visitors on site policy from the 16th of March until further notice.
· All sample deliveries will be conducted at our laboratories without entering the building, via a no physical contact process.
· Client meetings will be conducted using telephone or video conferencing
· Meticulous daily laboratory decontamination
Trilab is monitoring the situation daily and we expect that the measures we have put in place will have a very limited impact on turnaround times and we will be endeavouring to keep turnaround times to a minimum whilst keeping you informed of any changes along the way.
