In order for Trilab to complete tests to the appropriate standard, clients are required to provide samples consistent with the minimum quantities and parameters outlined in the Trilab Guide to Testing Sample Quantities.

Thin Section Sample Submission (DOC323)

Instructions:

    Complete your Billing, Delivery, and Safety Information.

  • 3

    List each sample ID, depth (if applicable), and thin section type required in the sample table.

  • 4

    Sign the Declaration and include the date.

  • 5

    Email the completed form to geology@trilab.com.au and include a printed copy with your physical sample/s.

Extended Sample Storage Request (DOC401)

Samples are retained for a standard period of three months from the date of report issue. To request storage beyond this period, please complete the form below.

Instructions:

    Download the Extended Sample Storage Request Form (PDF).

  • 2

    Complete Company Information and select your required extension period (1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 months).

  • 3

    List all relevant sample numbers in the table on page 2.

  • 4

    Sign and return the completed form to geology@trilab.com.au. Note that payment is required prior to the extended storage period commencing.
